Safety & BMS Requirements

The battery must be used with a Battery Management System (BMS) that provides overcharge protection (3.65V cut-off), over-discharge protection (2.50V / 2.00V depending on temperature), short circuit protection, over-current protection, and charge timeout (8 hours). The aluminum shell is positively charged – avoid any short circuit. Welding on the terminal is allowed only in the area φ4mm~φ14mm centered on the positioning hole, depth < 2.5mm, without melting the PPS plastic.

Storage & Maintenance

If storage exceeds 7 days, initial SOC must be ≥5%. For storage >30 days, perform a full charge/discharge cycle every 3 months and store at 25%-40% SOC. Failure to comply may void warranty.
